Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life can get in the way sometimes so if you need to rearrange your appointment I kindly ask that you give atleast 48 hours notice.
Unfortunately, with less than 48 hours notice, you will lose your deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit to re-book.
No-shows will be unable to book any future appointments.
Next Appointments
Next Appointments can only be booked by existing clients. All new clients that have ANY previous history will need to book a consultation in which I will look at your existing case to see if treatment can go ahead.
