“We have worked with the Gas Log Fire on 2 separate occasions, and have had them install 1 external gas log fire, and 1 gas fire pit at projects of ours. We were initially impressed with their knowledge on the details that are specific to projects such as these. With regulations and logistics to keep in mind, we felt that they had the knowledge that could steer us in the right direction, in both the selection of the units, as well as the appropriate housing. When it came to the installation, it was stress free. They turned up when they said they would, the installation ran on time and budget, and we were kept informed at all stages (traits that are often lacking when dealing with suppliers). “I purchased an Aether suspended fire from the people at Aurora. They were excellent to deal with and answered my constant questions and e-mails (about 20 e-mails) very efficiently. They went out of their way to provide a top notch service.
They also helped me to find an installer in Sydney, to fit the fire into my house. The installer had never installed one before and they facilitated everything with him. It was actually very easy to install, as it happened.
I would recommend Aurora wood fires to anybody. The Aether is now the centerpiece in our lounge. It is a piece of art and extremely well built. Gives off plenty of heat too.”

“I've read all the reviews and was really concerned. I had paid my deposit and they said delivery and installation in 2-3 weeks. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called asking when I could get it installed. That was a Thursday and they offered me the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and the team of 3 people showed up at 7:30am and started right away. They finished at 1pm. They did a fantastic job. Even modifying the fascia as it was a little too large on one side - no issues they just got the job done. Happy and would recommend no problem.”
