“When I build my observatory with an unspecified roll-off- roof design, I was not sure who could deliver such a project. Brett from the Doorman was recommended to me. He was very approachable and listen to my concerns and requirements for the project. I simply provided him with the dimension of the roof and that the roof has to be made out of 2 pieces that will part when turned on. Brett worked well with my builder and arrived with all the made up structure as scheduled. This was crucial in keeping the cost down. Such a roof design cannot be built by anyone that has no sound knowledge of this type of observatory design. He not only deliver the project on time and within budget, Brett also went above and beyond his job description. He continued providing excellent support and also providing further upgrade to improve function. Due to his excellent work ethics, I have no hesitation in recommending Brett from the Doorman to take on any challenging work that involve but not limited to motorized doors or roof with automatic remote controls.”
